Finding My Way Back: A Personal Note

Hello lovely community,

It feels so good to be writing to you again.

Over the past little while, I stepped away from The Sleep Sanctuary to care for my son as he underwent some much-needed medical treatment. It was a season that demanded my full presence—mentally, emotionally, and physically—and as a mum, there was no question where I needed to be.

Like so many of you, I know what it means to juggle the needs of our children with the many other roles we carry. I’ve lived through sleepless nights, anxious days, and moments where everything else has to pause. And while it was incredibly challenging at times, it also reminded me just how deeply important it is to support families in the thick of it—because I’ve been there too.

I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your patience and understanding while I took this time away. Whether you reached out, sent kind words, or simply waited quietly—your support has meant more than words can express.

Now, with things settling at home and my son on a steadier path, I’m feeling grounded, recharged, and ready to return to the work I love.

My calendar is now open, and I’m back offering the same gentle, responsive sleep support you’ve come to know from The Sleep Sanctuary. Whether you’re struggling with broken sleep, bedtime battles, or just feel completely exhausted and need a plan—I’m here, and I’m ready to walk alongside you.
