The In-Home Sleep Package offers the same personalised sleep support as the Classic Package, with the added benefit of a 90-minute face-to-face consultation in your home.

Being able to work together in your child’s environment allows me to see your sleep space, observe routines, and provide practical, hands-on guidance as we begin introducing changes.

For many families, this added level of support provides reassurance and confidence when navigating sleep challenges.

What’s Included

✨ Comprehensive Sleep Evaluation
Before our visit, you’ll complete a detailed intake questionnaire covering your child’s current sleep patterns, daily routines, temperament, sleep environment, and your parenting approach.

This allows me to develop a thoughtful understanding of your child’s sleep before we meet, ensuring the guidance provided is personalised, practical, and aligned with your family’s values.

✨ 90-Minute In-Home Sleep Consultation
During the consultation, I will visit your home and spend approximately 90 minutes working with you and your child.

Together we will:

• Review your child’s sleep history and current patterns
• Assess your child’s sleep environment
• Discuss your sleep plan, routines, sleep timing, and settling approaches
• Work through practical strategies you can confidently apply moving forward

This hands-on guidance allows you to see exactly how strategies work within your home environment.

✨ Personalised Sleep Plan
Following our consultation, you will receive a fully customised written sleep plan tailored to your child’s age, temperament, sleep needs, and your parenting style. Your plan provides clear, step-by-step guidance you can follow at home.

I will typically recommend two gentle settling approaches that align with your comfort level, allowing you to choose the method that feels right for your family.

You will never be asked to use a method you are uncomfortable with. This process is always collaborative and respectful of your parenting approach.

✨ Two Weeks of Follow-Up Support
Following your in-home consultation, you’ll receive two weeks of structured follow-up support to help you confidently implement your child’s sleep plan.

You’ll be provided with a shared sleep log where you can record your child’s sleep patterns and any notes about how things are progressing.

Across the two-week support period, we will have 4 scheduled follow-up calls (approximately 15 minutes each). These calls allow us to:

• Review your child’s sleep progress
• Identify patterns within the sleep log
• Troubleshoot challenges as they arise
• Answer any questions
• Make thoughtful adjustments to your plan where needed

These structured check-ins provide reassurance and guidance at key stages of the process while allowing you the space to implement changes calmly and consistently at home.

Many families find this approach offers the perfect balance of expert guidance and confidence-building as sleep improves.

Availability

I offer in-home sleep consultations throughout Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. Please note that travel fees may apply if booked outside of Brisbane.
